Tip of the hat to The Old Monk in Dallas. A place smart enough to carry Unibroue beers should be smart enough to teach the wait staff how to pronounce the names. Most people in Dallas try to read Unibroue beer names in some sort of Spanish. They get pretty close on Trois Pistoles. I have yet to hear a single person in Texas correctly pronounce Maudite.
